Booking & Supply Schedule
To provide maximum area coverage we have devise booking and supply schedules as the potential of area daily, alternative day, weekly and twice monthly out stations, seasonal effects and product’s requirements of our customers. We keep our schedule flexible to cater for the requirement of the area and need of our customers.
Special Arrangements
For supplies of Cold Chain required products, we have made special arrangements to keep their quality up to the mark from storage till delivery. We have placed a refrigerator in our warehouse with UPS backup to ensure the required temperature during storage of such products. We supply these products in Ice Boxes in the local areas however, for distant areas such products are supplied in Thermopore boxes especially designed for the purpose along with ice packs. Besides our own supply vehicles we have acquired the contractual arrangement with the renowned courier service providers to ensure the deliveries on time.
Software based record keeping
We have installed a very high reputed international software to keep our records updated all the time. This software enable us to provide the necessary Sales & Stocks Report immediately on the demand of our associates. This also help us to maintain the inventory levels as per our market requirements.
